Medical Billing

Give your billing the attention it needs.

Billing support connects the work after a visit: preparing claims, checking submission responses, and following up on unresolved items. Your practice and billing partner agree on who owns each step.

Your questions, answered

Does billing include medical coding?

Coding support is a separate proposed service. Any coding tasks and review responsibilities must be expressly included in the scope.

Who supplies encounter information?

The practice supplies complete encounter and documentation information through an agreed channel. Responsibilities are established before work starts.

How are rejected claims handled?

Submission responses can be reviewed, corrections coordinated, and claims resubmitted where appropriate within the agreed scope.

Is payment guaranteed?

No. Payer decisions, coverage, documentation, and contract terms affect payment. Billing support does not guarantee reimbursement.
